Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
The Wishful Fish KIDS
At The Wishful Fish KIDS, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand process. Because each product is custom printed just for you, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed — unless there’s a manufacturing or printing issue. Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method — at no extra cost to you.
We value happy customers and want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To start a claim:
Please fill out the CONTACT FORM below.
Include the following:
- Your order number
- First and Last Name
- Phone Number
- A short description of what went wrong
- If a photo is requested by us (we will provide you with an email to upload it)
Please Note:
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size, color, or style preference.
- Be sure to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
- Be sure your address is correct
- Refunds or replacements cannot be processed for orders where the incorrect address was entered by the customer.
Order Issues or Delivery Problems
If your package is lost or shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out within 7 days so we can assist in contacting the carrier and finding a solution.

Shipping
Standard Rates shown at checkout are based on your customer’s address and the order’s weight and dimensions.

Economy:
5 to 8 business days • Orders 0lb-5lb
$4.90
Economy:
5 to 8 business days • Orders 5lb-70lb $19.90
Standard:
3 to 4 business days • Orders 0lb-1lb
$6.90
Standard:
3 to 4 business days • Orders 1lb-5lb
$9.90
Expedited Shipping fees for applicable items start at $28.95 and may vary depending on the size, weight of the package and delivery location. If additional funds are needed, we will reach out to request them, and if payment is not made, your fee will be refunded to the original form of purchase and your order will be shipped via standard shipping.

Address Changes
All address changes must be entered correctly before the order is shipped. Please double check the shipping address you've entered is correct before you place your order.
If the order is already in transit, address changes cannot be guaranteed and may come at a fee the carrier requires. The address change fee must be collected before the request goes through so time is of the essence; if customer is late remitting payment, the request may be delayed and it may be too late to update the address.
If an order has been delivered, The Wishful Fish KIDS cannot assist with shipping it to a different address or reimbursing any shipping fees. Customer is responsible for getting the item to their desired shipping address.
