Where are you located?
We don’t have a brick-and-mortar store, we are on-line only. However, our offices are in Illinois, USA and we have fulfillment centers all across the country.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping fees for applicable items start at $28.95 and may vary depending on the size, weight of the package and delivery location. If additional funds are needed, we will reach out to request them, and if payment is not made, your fee will be refunded to the original form of purchase and your order will be shipped via standard shipping.
Address Changes
Please double check the shipping address you've entered on your order confirmation. All address changes must be arranged before the order is shipped.
If the order is already in transit, address changes cannot be guaranteed and may come at a fee the carrier requires. The address change fee must be collected before the request goes through so time is of the essence; if customer is late remitting payment, the request may be delayed and it may be too late to update the address.
If an order has been delivered, The Wishful Fish KIDS cannot assist with shipping it to a different address or reimbursing any shipping fees. Customer is responsible for getting the item to their desired shipping address.
