The Wishful Fish KIDS Shop is female-owned and operated.

Dawne Lundahl is originally from her beloved home town of Watch Hill, Rhode Island before moving to Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from the Art Institute of Boston and the Illinois Institute of Art with a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design. She is an award winning Graphic Designer owning her own design studio, freelanced for large corporations as well as working for advertising agencies along North Michigan Avenue.

Her love for designing interactive childrens books and package design for children's toys and products using color, unique and eye catching concepts has brought her to open her own shop The Wishful Fish, and now a new store addition for children called The Wishful Fish KIDS. It includes exciting designs and collections for children of all ages.
